This is the first in a series of segments we hope to have about the history of AALL and law librarianship, discussing with Frank Houdek how events of the past tie in to the present.</p>

Starting things out, Professor Marvin Ammori of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law summarized recent developments with the Federal Communications Commission and their efforts to foster network neutrality, in light of the recent Comcast decision in the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Up next is a discussion of Knowledge Management in private law firms, and the role of librarians in KM decision-making, discussing a set of blog posts on the topic gathered by Greg Lambert, who joined the conversation.
